I planned on stopping in for a quick coffee and treat. Got to the front of the line and was told that if I wanted to sit down, I’d have to reserve a table. I was a little disappointed, but because of the wait, I got my coffee to go. The patio is nice with heaters if it’s chilly. The interior is clean and has an inviting warmth. It’s fun that they are their own roster and you get to pick what roast they make your coffee with. The cappuccino is more like a latte, but the espresso quality is great. All the staff were very friendly

Thought we’d make a quick stop for some coffee, but the line to order was already a few people long by the time we got there. It took us about 20ish minutes to place our order and then another 5-10 minutes to get it. The coffees were pretty nice (not the best I’ve had in Japan, but no specific complaints). The tiramisu definitely looks more interesting that it tasted – I’m a stickler for authenticity when it come to tiramisu specifically, and unfortunately the coffee flavor was too weak while the chocolate flavor was too prominent for my taste.

Atmosphere: There is a nice outdoor wooden patio with lots of greenery. The inside has a very clean look with wood accents. Well lit with lots of windows. Service: This is where everything gets confusing. There is a tablet when you walk in that’s only in Japanese. I suggest keeping the Google app downloaded on your phone to use Google Lens to translate. A staff member helped us check in. We didn’t get any instructions after so we just stood there. We saw open tables and weren’t sure if we were supposed to seat ourselves. There was a line of people placing orders but that was for to-go orders. A staff member finally directed us to another room (VisionaryArts) to seat and wait for our number to be called. We were seated and weren’t given any further instructions. After waiting for 10 minutes, we asked for a menu. Apparently once you get your table, you get back in line and place your food order. You wait for your number to be called and then grab your meal from the desk. They drop off a small cube with a time limit (90 minutes) which is more than enough time. The staff was friendly but we wished they provided more direction. Crumble Tart (Chocolate & Berry): Amazing. 5 stars! Perfectly cooked and lots of flavor Cappuccino: Solid. 5 stars Açaí bowl w/ side egg: Came with bananas, grapes, blueberries, granola, and honey. Large portion. 5 stars Morning plate: Salad with a dressing and quinoa. It came with a spicy mustard on the side. The sausage was okay. The ham was delicious. The scrambled eggs were good. The bread was thick and tasted great. 5 stars. Overall, I have to give this place 4 stars. The food was definitely 5 stars. If they get a bit more organized and provide some direction to first-time folks, this is a 5 star spot.
